GIN FIZZ (SILVER) 
Use a large bar glass. Fill glass with crushed ice. Add 1/2 tablespoon sugar and the juice of 1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed. Stir in 1 jigger gin and the white of 1 egg.

Shake over ice in a cocktail shaker; strain into a champagne or fizz glass. Fill with seltzer and serve to be drunk while still effervescing.
