CREPES 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. apple juice
4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 tbsp. apple juice concentrate

Blend egg whites with apple juice. Then add apple juice concentrate and blend in the flour. Pour 1/3 cup batter into heated Silverstone (non-stick pan). (Be sure to spray pan with Pam and wipe with damp paper to remove excess.) Brown crepe on both sides to golden.

Note: Crepes may be served as breakfast pancakes alone or with fruit or other toppings.
