TURKEY AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
2 cups grated or shredded cheese (your choice)
6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 cup milk
1 to 1 1/2 (12 oz. ea.) jars turkey gravy (Heinz HomeStyle)
salt and pepper, to taste

Brown ground turkey with onion and transfer to lightly greased large casserole dish. Cover meat layer with your-choice cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Place sliced potatoes over cheese. Cover with milk and spread turkey gravy on top.

Bake at 375°F for 1 1/2 hours.

Serves 4 to 5.
