FAMILY DINNER CHICKEN SOUP | |
2 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces 1 onion, chopped 3 potatoes, peeled and diced 4 carrots, sliced 2 stalks celery, sliced 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce 1 tsp. salt Water to cover (about 3 1/2 c.) Cook in a large kettle on top of stove, covered, over low heat for 2 to 3 hours or in a slow cooker on low for 10 to 12 hours. Remove bones before serving. |
