1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
3 tbsp. dark corn syrup
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. pecan halves

Butter sides of a 3 quart boiler. Add first 6 ingredients. Boil to a soft ball stage stirring constantly.

Cool 10 minutes. Beat mixture vigorously. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Place pecan half in center of each spoonful.

NOTE: If mixture gets too hard to handle, add hot water.
