CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
Cabbage
Cream of celery soup
Grated cheese
Ritz crackers broken in crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Grease casserole; spread layer of cabbage cut up small on top of some cream of celery soup (don't dilute soup). Add grated cheese on top; make as many layers as you like. End with cabbage on top.

Break Ritz crackers fine, adding 2 tablespoons butter to crackers. Put on top and bake at 350 degrees 30-40 minutes. Cabbage makes liquid so don't add any. "Really good!"
