CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
4 c. cabbage
1 lg. onion
5 tbsp. rice
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
2 cans tomato soup
1 can water
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook hamburger and onions until brown. Put in 2 cans tomato soup and 1 can water and 5 tablespoons rice. Cook for 3 minutes. Put in casserole dish in layers of 4 cups cabbage, layer of cabbage, then layer of hamburger mixture. Bake in oven at 450 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Add 1 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce to hamburger mix. For last 10 minutes of baking add shredded cheddar cheese on top.
