TANGY GOOD ORANGE DESSERT | |
1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 (12 oz.) whipped topping 1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice, undiluted 2 lg. cans mandarin oranges (well drained, cut up) CRUMB BASE: 60 Ritz crackers 1/4-1/2 c. sugar 1/4-1/2 c. butter, softened (If using 1/4 c. butter, be sure to use 1/4 c. sugar) Stir sweetened condensed milk. Then stir in whipped topping. Mix in orange juice. Add orange segments. Spoon mixture into crumb lined pan. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture on top. Refrigerate until firm and ready to serve. Freezes well - can be made earlier. |
