MANDARIN ORANGE DESSERT 
1 box vanilla wafers
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. Eagle Brand milk
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 medium carton Cool Whip

Line pan with vanilla wafers. Combine Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice. Pour over vanilla wafers. Put oranges on top. Sprinkle 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers over oranges. Sprinkle pecans over crushed vanilla wafers. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle top with flaked coconut, pecans, or crushed vanilla wafers.
