JOANNE'S MANDARIN ORANGE DESSERT 
1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
8 oz. container Cool Whip
1 lg. orange Jello
1 sm. can mandarin oranges

For bottom crust, mix together graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Press into 9 x 13 inch dish; chill. For middle layer, beat cheese and 1/4 cup sugar with mixer. Gradually add milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over crust. For top layer, make Jello according to package directions. Lay orange pieces on cream cheese. Put partially set Jello over top.
