MANDARIN ORANGE DESSERT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. tapioca pudding (I use Jello brand)
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks (unsweetened)
1 can mandarin oranges
1 heaping tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
1-2 bananas, sliced

Drain fruit. Save juice. Add water to juice to make it equal 3 cups of liquid. In medium saucepan mix juices, pudding mix and tapioca mix. Bring to a boil until it thickens, stirring constantly. Cool. Add pineapple, oranges and bananas. Chill for several hours.
