POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter (no butter), beat until fluffy
2 c. sugar, slowly add to butter until fluffy
3 eggs, add to butter/sugar & beat well
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. Knudsen buttermilk (must be Knudsen buttermilk)
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Beat butter until fluffy, slowly add sugar until fluffy. Add 3 eggs to butter/sugar mixture and beat well. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Combine buttermilk and extracts. Mix flour mixture and buttermilk alternately in thirds to butter/sugar/egg mixture. Beat well between additions. Pour batter into buttered Bundt pan, best eaten next day. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and turn out onto plate.
