CHEESY POTATOES 
1 stick butter
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
Crushed potato chips

Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Put hash browns over butter. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Mix soup and sour cream together. Pour over potatoes. Put crushed potato chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour (until potatoes are done). Can use cream of potato soup instead of mushroom.
