PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
Wheat Thin crackers
Crunchy peanut butter
White dipping chocolate

Spread thin layer of peanut butter on Wheat Thin cracker. Cover with another cracker. Melt chocolate on low heat or on low power in microwave. (It scorches easily.) Keep warm in pan of hot water. Use fork to dip sandwich in chocolate. Place on waxed paper to harden.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
