ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
2 c. green asparagus pieces
1 c. milk or asparagus juice
1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 egg yolks, reserve whites
1 c. grated cheese
1 sm. bottle pimento
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together. Beat egg whites slightly and mix with the above. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown.
