SHRIMP SCAMPI 
1/2 of 1/4 lb. butter
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c. dry wine
Salt & pepper to taste
Red pepper to taste
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp
1/4 tsp. oregano

Melt butter, add garlic on low heat, stir until garlic browns. Add shrimp and rest of seasonings. When shrimp turns pink, add 1/2 cup wine. Put lid on and cook on medium 10 minutes. Serve.
