BEEF BARBECUE 
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. onions
1 c. diced celery
2 tsp. butter
1/2 bottle catsup
Juice from 1 lemon
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 rump roast

Brown celery and onions in butter. Pull meat in shreds. Mix all in baking dish with liquid from beef and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
