ELIAS MACARONI 
2 c. (uncooked) macaroni
1 tbsp. butter
1 can tomato soup
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar, cut up or grated
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. hot dogs, cut up
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook macaroni. Drain. Put back on medium heat. Add butter, soup, cheese and hot dogs (cut up). Continue to cook, stirring frequently until cheese is melted. Stir in sour cream and heat a few minutes more.
