BAKED TENDERLOIN SUPREME 
1 lb. 3 oz. beef tenderloin
2 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. Italian-style bread crumbs
Dash of garlic powder
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary

Rub soy sauce into meat. Combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, pepper and rosemary. Coat meat with mixture. Place mat on rack in roasting pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until done. 4 servings.
