CHEESE POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 c. sour cream
1 can potato soup, undiluted
1 can celery soup, undiluted
4 slices American cheese

Combine first 4 ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees (until potatoes are done). Cover with cheese slices and bake until melted.
