CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
3 c. sugar
7 tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
Pinch salt
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. pecans

Mix in order. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.

Makes 3 pies.
