4 lg. ripe avocados, pitted & peeled 2 c. chopped green onions 1 1/2 c. chopped cilantro 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained 3 tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, minced Salt Tortilla chips In food processor combine avocados, onions, cilantro and green chilies and process until smooth. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic and process until smooth. Add salt to taste. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least one hour. Serve with tortilla chips. Yield: 6 cups. |
