OATMEAL RAISIN MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. Aunt Jemima original or complete mix
1 c. Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned), uncooked
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. raisins

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease bottoms only of 12 medium muffin cups. Combine pancake mix, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients and mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden. Makes 1 dozen.
