PISTACHIO CAKE | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix 1 box white cake mix 3 whole eggs 1 c. vegetable oil 1 c. club soda 1/2 c. chopped pecans Combine ingredients. Mix on medium high setting 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bundt or tube pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Don't overbake. Cool in pan on a rack for 5 minutes. Turn out and cool completely. Frost. FROSTING: 1/2 c. milk 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix 9 oz. whipped topping Blend ingredients. |
