PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines yellow butter cake mix
2 pkgs. Jello pistachio pudding
5 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. almond extract

Mix together in large bowl with electric mixer. Bake in bundt pan 10" across or more at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cake tester is clean.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 box powdered sugar
3/4 stick butter, completely melted
3/4 tsp. almond extract
6 drops green food coloring
Green sugar sprinkles (opt.)

Mix together until smooth and creamy. Frost top of completely cooled cake, letting frosting dribble down the sides and inside the ring. Store in refrigerator if frosted. NOTE: For a lower calorie version, 4 eggs and low cal cream cheese, sour cream and pudding can be substituted. A great St. Patrick's Day cake (it's green).
