CHILI MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef or ground venison
3 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. canned tomatoes
1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans drained and mashed

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Line a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan with foil and let edges of foil extend over edges of pan. Press meat mixture into pan. Mix 10 to 12 servings.

You can serve with potato wedges take long potatoes scrub with peeling on and cut long ways lay on a foil lined pan. Put on Parmesan cheese or barbecue powder and bake until brown.
