MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 eggs
3/4 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
1 sm. can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 med. bell pepper
3 or 4 hot peppers (banana)
1/2 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. oil
1 onion, chopped

Mix all the ingredients. Bake 350 degrees until golden brown.
