HUNGARIAN CASSOULET 
1 lb. kielbasa sausage
1 c. dried Northern beans
1 c. dried kidney beans
1 c. dried pinto beans
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
2 sm. onions
1/2 c. beef broth
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chopped thyme leaves
2 cloves chopped garlic

Boil all 3 dried beans until they are finished. Add all the ingredients and simmer. Slice kielbasa into 1/2-inch slices and add. Cook until all the ingredients are finished. Serve on a rice pilaf or pasta.
