HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1 lb. of beef cubes
2 med. onions, minced
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. cider vinegar
6 tbsp. ketchup
1 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. flour

Shake meat cubes in bag with flour. Brown meat in small amount salad oil. Add onion. Cook until onion is transparent, don't burn.

Combine mustard, paprika, brown sugar and salt. Combine Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and ketchup. Add to meat. Add water. Cover and cook over low heat about 2 hours or until meat is tender.

Serve over noodles. Serves 2 to 3.

This is very close to the Hungarian gulash, or Borcrags Gulyas that I had in Hundary. Beef, onion, paprika and sliced peppers.
