DIABETIC EASTER FUDGE 
1 sq. unsweetened choc.
1/4 c. evap. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. artificial liquid sweetener
1 pkg. vanilla or choc. artificially sweetened pudding or 3 tsp. chopped nuts

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over boiling water. Add milk and mix. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add vanilla and sweeteners. Chill.
