SOUR CREAM BANANA BARS 
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. bananas (3)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

If using Martha Whites self flour, omit salt and soda. Grease bottom of jelly roll pan.

Mix ingredients as listed, mix well. Spread in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let cool slightly; add glaze. Spread evenly. Cut into bars.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk

Stir until smooth.
