HONEY NOG PUNCH BOWL 
3 eggs
5 tbsp. honey
Salt
1 pt. milk
Cinnamon
Nutmeg

Beat 1 whole egg and 2 egg yolks slightly. Add 3 tablespoons honey and pinch of salt. Blend thoroughly. Add milk. Chill for several hours or overnight. Add 1/8 teaspoon salt to 2 egg whites and beat to a stiff foam. Add 2 tablespoons honey gradually and beat until stiff. Blend or fold into eggnog, leaving the surface fluffy with meringue. Dust with cinnamon and nutmeg. Yield: 12 punch cups.
