EASY POTATO SOUP 
1 c. Ore Ida frozen chopped onions
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen Ore Ida shredded hash browns
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook onions in 2 tablespoons drippings until brown and tender. Add water, frozen hash browns and salt; bring to boil, stirring occasionally to separate potatoes. Reduce heat, cover, simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in milk and pepper. Heat but do not boil. 5 servings.
