CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)
1/3 c. Crisco
1/2 c. milk

DOUGH:

Place all dry ingredients and Crisco in large bowl. Mix on lowest speed until crumbly. Add half of milk; stir. Add additional milk, a little at a time until dough is soft and slightly sticky. Place dough on floured surface. Pat or roll out to 1/2" thickness.

FILLING:

2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. raisins

Spread dough with softened butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Roll up, jelly roll fashion, seam side down. Cut in 1/2" rounds. Place in greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 475 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool, drizzle with glaze.

GLAZE:

1 c. XXX sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Add water to make glaze hold shape.
