COWBOY STEW 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
4 med. potatoes, cubed
2 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
1 can Luck's mixed beans, undrained
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup, undiluted
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies

Combine beef, onion, salt and pepper in large Dutch oven; cook over medium heat until meat is brown, stirring to crumble; drain off drippings. Add potatoes and water to meat mixture, cover and cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender. Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
