1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper
A few lettuce leaves, finely chopped
1 can sweet peas
1 to 2 tbsp. sugar

Fry onion in a little butter. When transparent, add milk, flour, salt, pepper, lettuce, peas and sugar to taste. Simmer for a short time. It should be creamy.
