BREAD:

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, mixed together
1/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

STREUSEL:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. butter, softened

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom only of one 9x5 or two 8x4 inch loaf pans. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.

In large bowl combine all bread ingredients; beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into prepared pan. In small bowl combine all streusel ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over batter and swirl lightly into marble.

Bake at 350 degrees (9x5 inch loaf 45-55 minutes or until center comes out clean; 8x4 inch loaves for 30-40 minutes). Remove from pan immediately.
