SUPER PIE CRUST 
4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. Crisco OR butter
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 lg. egg

Sift flour, salt and sugar together. Cut in shortening until very small pea size balls form. Mix water, vinegar and egg very well. Add to first mixture. Mix just until all is moist. Don't over mix.

Divide into 7 balls and put in large plastic bag. Can be refrigerated for 2 weeks or will freeze forever. This makes the flakiest crusty every time!
