GARDEN SALSA 
8 lg. plum tomatoes, diced fine
1 lg. cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
3/4 c. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. minced seeded Jalapeno chili
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
3/4 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Can be made ahead. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Makes about 6 cups.
