GARDEN VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 summer squash, sliced (yellow)
1 med. zucchini, sliced
1 sm. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme

Place all sliced vegetables, except the tomato, in a 2 quart casserole. Add the seasonings and toss lightly. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes. Add tomato and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes more. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
