CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6-8 single chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
Bread croutons

SAUCE:

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (American, Velveeta)

Simmer chicken until tender. Cool and slice. Cook broccoli until tender. Lay aside. Melt together chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheese.

In a 13x9 inch pan, place broccoli on bottom, then chicken over top, then pour cheese sauce over and top with croutons. Sprinkle butter over croutons so they will brown nicely in oven. Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour. Delicious!
