CARNE GUISADA 
1 lg. pkg. beef stew meat
4 green onions
Salt
Pepper
4-5 lg. cloves garlic
2 1/2 tbsp. whole camino seed
1 med. can tomato sauce

Fry meat for 30 minutes on medium-low heat with chopped green onions; add salt and pepper to taste. While cooking, you grind whole garlic and camino. Seed together (garlic powder, camino powder will not work.) Add to meat after 30 minutes along with tomato sauce. Stir once in a while and cook for another 45 minutes to 1 hour on low heat until meat is tender. Serve with tortillas, refried beans. Excellent Mexican dish easy to prepare.
