CARNE GUISADA 
2 lb. round steak, tenderized
3 lg. potatoes, cubed
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. green peppers, finely chopped

Boil potatoes. Cut steak in bite-size strips and season generously with the following seasonings: cumin - comino, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Brown in a large pot with oil, steak - onions - peppers. When steak is 3/4 of the way done, add 1/2 cup flour and mix in well until mixture is very thick. Add cooked potatoes and fill pot 3/4 full with water. Add 1 small can of tomato sauce and more of the same seasonings to taste. Simmer on low for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
