JUNIORETTE HOT DISH 
1 box juniorettes macaroni, cook as directed on pkg.
1 lb. hamburger
Chopped onions to taste
Pepper to taste
3/4 - 1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. jar or can mushrooms
1/4 c. soy sauce

Brown hamburger, pepper and onions. Put in casserole along with celery, soup and mushrooms. In measuring cup put the 1/4 cup soy sauce and fill with water to make 3/4 cup. Mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
