LOW CALORIE TOPPING 
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. ice water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar

Combine dry milk and ice water in a bowl. Whip until soft peaks form. Add lemon juice and beat until stiff peaks form. Gradually add 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar. Delicious substitute for whipped cream.
