QUICK LOW CALORIE SALAD 
24 oz. cottage cheese (low calorie)
1 or 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange jello
2 cans mandarin oranges (drain juice)
1 (16 oz.) can chunk or crushed pineapple (drain juice)
12 oz. Cool Whip

Put cottage cheese in large bowl. Mix in jello. Fold in drained oranges and pineapple. Then add Cool Whip. Save a few pieces of oranges and pineapple to decorate top. Chill overnight or a couple of hours before serving.
