MARINATED LOW CALORIE VEGETABLE
SALAD
 
1 head cauliflower
1 head broccoli
1 pkg. cherry tomatoes
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 lg. (16 oz.) bottle low cal Italian dressing

Cut cauliflower and broccoli into florets. Stem mushrooms, slice. Add tomatoes. Mix together and add dressing. Cover and refrigerate 7 hours or overnight. Yields: 8 to 10 servings.
