3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. raisins or dates
1/2 c. nuts

Mix first 10 ingredients with mixer. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins (if dates are used roll them in sugar and flour so they won't stick together). Grease and flour a 10" tube pan, bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cool and ice with 2 cups whipped cream.
