CHICKEN TERIYAKI 
4 chicken breasts, skinned
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, ground (dry ground fine)

Combine all ingredients except the chicken in a large bowl, and mix well. Add the chicken and marinate at least 4 hours in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally. Line a baking pan with foil and arrange chicken pieces on it. baste each piece with the marinade. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender, basting frequently with the marinade. Makes 4 servings.
