PISTACHIO SALAD 
1 (3/4 oz.) pkg. pistachio Jello instant pudding & pie filling
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip

Combine pistachio Jello pudding mix and crushed pineapple (with pineapple syrup), marshmallows and nuts; mix well. Then fold in Cool Whip (do not beat). Do by hand, do not use mixer. Refrigerate.
